Mark and Brian spent 2 days here to replace the emergency stops under all the sinks. They also work hard working on our tankless hot water heater because we were not getting hot water. After much time and energy spent h. ere, it was determined that they had to replace the tankless hot water heater. It was under warrantee. They were very polite and cooperative. We were very satisfied.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Bryon Emery! One of the best customer service experiences we’ve had in a very long time. Bryon took the additional time to explain why our drain was clogging (Water Softener build up) and gave us different options for solutions. He answered every question my wife had (which was a lot). Additionally, he took the time to camera our main sewer line (we could see the debris from the clean out he performed earlier). We couldn’t be more impressed Ben Franklin and specifically Bryon! I would highly recommend!

I had my Rinnai tankless water heater annual flush service was done through Benjamin Franklin. Getting an appointment was very easy. Wayne Keeling from their team showed up promptly and did an awesome job of an entire house faucet / plumbing inspection and performed tankless water heater flush service. He patiently answered all my questions regarding water filter system for the house. They are a very reasonable business. I was very happy with Wayne and Benjamin Franklin team’s service. We are very pleased with the service Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Our technician was Hunter. He replaced a very old water heater and brought our plumbing needs for that up to code. He also unclogged a drain and took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the new water heater. He also said that they will come once a year to drain the water heater free of charge for the next 7 years. Benjamin plumbing will now be in our contact list for all future plumbing needs.
