We were very pleased all around with this company. They was on time, easy to get an appointment and did everything we asked them to do. Our new vanity looks amazing, thank you Scott for listening to us and making the plumbing work with the drawers! We will definitely use this company again!

We are very pleased with the whole experience from calling because our water heater quit working to having it replaced. I talked to Scott after hours and they called me first thing the next morning to schedule a time to come out that day. Ronnie came out and was very professional and explained everything they were going to do. I needed to get the water heater relocated from the attic to the garage. He gave me what I considered to be a reasonable estimate. He scheduled the electrician as well. Two days later an electrician from Mr Sparky wired everything for the water heater and the next day Scott and Brandon installed the water heater. Everyone was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Each of them let me know when they were going to arrive. I will definitely be using Benjamin Franklin and Mr Sparky for all my plumbing and electrical work in the future. The only reason I gave five stars is because that’s as high as they went! I highly recommend them!!

Brandon came earlier than we expected on a Friday afternoon, saving us the after-hours rate. He quickly diagnosed the issue and made the necessary repairs. He was extremely courteous and friendly and explained the issue and the repair. Highly recommend and I don't foresee calling any other plumber if/when new needs arise. A++

Patrick and Robert came out and replaced 2 outside spigots. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Prior to performing the job, they explained the procedure, price and informed me that all supplies would be furnished. They performed the job very professionally. I will definitely call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Florence, for all of my plumbing needs in the future. Thank you guys!!
