I just bought a house and had plumbing issues that didn’t come up on the home inspection. I chose Benjamin Franklin because they were very personable and friendly compared to the other companies I talked to, Lauren was amazing! Brandon and his partner came out and took a look at everything. They didn’t make me feel dumb or pressured as if they were just trying to upsell me something. They explained everything very well and showed me pictures of what was wrong and went above and beyond! 10/10 will use this company again, great people!

Brandon arrived (earlier than expected, which is good), took care of the issue at hand in a timely manner. After discussing w/ him our water situation (we have a well system) he offered some suggestions and even provided a couple of quotes for our well.
