Cody was awesome, he showed up quickly, was so incredibly friendly on a HOT Friday evening and super pleasant. It was very appreciated, and he fixed everything right away! I will definitely use this company again, they were great and it was an after-hours call.

I highly recommend these guy, Brandon and Brad where the two technicians that came my place to help find a leak in the gas line. They where professional and very knowledgeable at there job. Explain the things they where doing and why they where doing it, answers any questions I had. So if your getting a gas meter upgrade and doubt what the gas company thec. Is telling you give these guys a call. Reasonable price.

Cody and his partner did an excellent job replacing our water heater. Very professional and courteous.

Top notch. Incredible integrity. Wouldn’t ever call anyone else. *Update* I’ve now had the wonderful experience of working with Lance. He is so kind, respectful and works his butt off! I’m so grateful to have found this company that I can trust wholeheartedly. Brandon has also been incredible. Thank you all!

Lance and his helper were EXTREMELY Professional, respectful and MOST IMPORTANT... TRUTHFUL!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to ALL and NOT JUST VETERANS that need minor or major plumbing done!!!!! Especially ask for Lance out of Decatur.
