We had a bad shower leak and it’s never pleasant trying to find someone you can trust to come quickly. We used them last year to replace our sump pump so I called them again. I’m impressed at how punctual and professional their staff is. I must say Braden Kendzel is very polite for a young man, a rarity nowadays. He was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done and completed the job promptly and left the area clean. I will definitely call them again.

They were friendly and were very respectful of our home. I know it’s not a fun thing to have to replace a hot water heater, but Benjamin Franklin made it seamless and anxiety free. BF Plumbing installed a new water heater the next day, after an initial visit to explain possible repairs vs. replacement. Adam was patient and extremely knowledgeable. Installation was amazing and Adam took the time to explain the work he did and ensure all my questions were answered. Top-notch service throughout, which is getting harder to find these days!
