Adam was professional. He was through and gave us a very transparent and clear quote for the services we need. We had the quoted work done. The Alex and Adam were professional and efficient. They were friendly and were very respectful of our home. I know it’s not a fun thing to have to replace a hot water heater, but Benjamin Franklin made it seamless and anxiety free. Adam came out twice to investigate two separate leaks, and he did an excellent job both times. He was thorough in his inspection and provided great advice on who to contact for further assistance. He even went the extra mile by calling the company ahead of time to inform them about our water issues. Adam is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly. We’ve used Benjamin Plumbing in the past and have always had a positive experience. We will definitely continue using them for any future plumbing needs.

Fantastic service today - the team was extremely helpful in providing suggestions and options as I tried to decide how best to address an issue. They walked me through everything they were doing, and communicated clearly and regularly throughout. The project took much less time than anticipated, and the plumbing looks beautiful! I can't say enough about how wonderful this company is - would highly recommend and will absolutely use their services again. Update: I had Braden back today for some more work, and he did a spectacular job. Everything looks beautiful, and it was done perfectly. I really can’t recommend this group enough - everyone is friendly and helpful, and their work is excellent.
Very happy with my first experience with Benjamin Franklin! Phone was answered by a professional person who made a timely appointment. Braden arrived on time and fixed my garbage disposal problem quickly. He presented himself in a professional and friendly manner and provided me with good information. I will definitely call them for my next plumbing need and refer my friends!
