I got a call Tuesday morning from my elderly father-in law that his hot water was not working. One call to the team at Benjamin Franklin and they sent an estimator (Adam) out the same day to identify our problem. He verified a problem with the water heater and suggested we replace a water storage tank was at risk of failure. We had been planning to update the water softener so two installers arrived Wednesday to help us out. Alex and Braden were polite, professional, and did great work. They showed us how to operate our equipment and took all of the old equipment when they were done. I highly recommend this team!

This is my second time working with them, and once again I had the same technician (Alex). He was just as professional, friendly, and knowledgeable as before. He explained everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand, quickly checked the issue, and let me know it wasn’t anything serious. I really appreciated his honesty; instead of pushing unnecessary work, he told me I could wait and just call them back if it gets worse. He still provided a fair estimate so I know what to expect in the future. Overall, great service and a company I feel comfortable returning to. Highly recommend!

Zack was very capable and professional. He is licensed and very knowledgeable. We had several leaks and he was able to diagnose them all, gave us a quote, and made an appointment to come back and fix them. The work he did was quick, well done, and tidy. He laid down drop cloths to make sure our floor stayed nice, and wiped down each area so the work looked nice when he was done. He was kind and explained everything that needed to be done. I was very comfortable having him in our home and very happy with the work.

Zack came in to resolve a bad installation from another company’s poor service. Zack arrived on time, professionally dressed and very warm but confident demeanor. The problems he had to reverse were many but he easily resolved and adapted parts for complete repair and my kitchen faucets are at 100%. He was very tidy and left the work space immaculate. I had two toilets with leaking tanks, flush valves worn out, and dripping water supply valves. Braden was very knowledgeable, polite and explained service to be completed very well.
