I would give them 6 stars if I could. I had a very annoying job, and had to coordinate with another company to get two different specialists out at the same time. They were incredibly accommodating, and the provided great service at a fair price. When we discovered some buildup in my pipes, Alex immediately went about looking for a solution, tested for hard water, and came up with a plan to mitigate the damage. They will 100% be my Ann Arbor plumbers from here on out.
