Brian was great. He explained everything and made the changes necessary to fix the drip that had been driving me crazy forever. He was very quick and I have a 2 year warranty. Very pleased either way the service I received today.

We had a blocked drain and Mike came to the rescue. He is one of the nicest people. He helped me understand the issue, what he was doing to fix it and was so patient with me asking so many questions. Also he was so great at cleaning up all the goo from the snake thingy. Even found a cracked washer. Also he helped me save money by changing the plan we have with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Lastly he gave me some bio Ben stuff to help keep my old galvanized pipe clear. I recommend him so highly and will always request him. Thank you Mike!!

Our services are available in the following neighborhoods!
To keep your water heater working reliably, flush the tank about once a year, check for rust or leaks, and make sure the temperature is set to a safe level, often around 120 degrees. Regular maintenance can help reduce sediment buildup, improve hot water performance, and extend the life of the unit. A plumber can also inspect the pressure relief valve, connections, and overall condition of the system.
You may need a plumber if low water pressure happens suddenly, affects multiple fixtures, or does not improve after cleaning faucet aerators and showerheads. Low pressure can be caused by clogged pipes, hidden leaks, valve issues, aging plumbing, or a problem with the main water line. A licensed plumber can test the system and find the source of the issue.
Yes. Emergency plumbing service is available for urgent issues that cannot wait, including burst pipes, major leaks, sewer backups, overflowing toilets, clogged drains, and water heater problems. If water is actively leaking or damaging your home, shut off the water if you can do so safely, then call for service right away.
Many homes benefit from professional drain cleaning about once a year, especially if slow drains, recurring clogs, or odors are common. Properties with older pipes, large trees nearby, or frequent kitchen and bathroom drain issues may need service more often. Routine drain cleaning can help clear buildup before it turns into a larger backup.
Yes. Financing options may be available for larger plumbing repairs, replacements, installations, or upgrades. This can be helpful if your home needs a water heater, sewer repair, repiping, water treatment system, or another project that you would rather not pay for all at once. Ask your plumber about available financing options before work begins.
Yes. Water-saving upgrades can include low-flow toilets, efficient showerheads, updated faucets, leak repairs, smart leak detectors, and newer water heaters. If your water bill has increased, a plumber can also check for running toilets, dripping fixtures, hidden leaks, or outdated plumbing components that may be wasting water.
Older Indianapolis homes may have corroded pipes, aging fixtures, low water pressure, slow drains, sewer line problems, leaks, or plumbing that was not designed for today’s household demand. A plumbing inspection can help determine whether the issue is limited to one fixture or connected to older piping, drainage, or water line concerns.
Before winter, disconnect outdoor hoses, shut off exterior water lines if available, insulate exposed pipes in basements, garages, crawl spaces, and other unheated areas, and make sure you know where the main water shutoff valve is. It is also a good time to check your water heater and schedule plumbing service if you have pipes that have frozen or leaked in past winters.
Signs of a damaged sewer line can include frequent drain clogs, gurgling toilets, sewage odors, wastewater backups, slow drains throughout the home, or soggy areas in the yard. If multiple fixtures are draining slowly at the same time, the issue may be deeper in the sewer line. A plumber can inspect the line and determine whether cleaning, repair, or replacement is needed.
