Absolutely the best. Chase made sure to clean up after installing the new dishwasher, cleaning the faucet screen and making sure everything worked correctly with no leaks.
I am a new widow navigating a stressful plumbing issue. I met with Nick. He was the 3rd Plumber I was meeting that day. From the start he was friendly. Shook my hand. Asked what the problem was. I said I had a slow leak from the meter to my house but had no idea where it was. He explained how we could handle this issue. This is the 4th or 5th leak I have had! I decided to go for the full replace. It would be guaranteed for 15 years. So I did. Tripp and Nick showed up and both were professional, friendly and polite. They did an excellent job. Tripp went so far to get rid of the big black spider right next to my shut off valve in my basement! Goes above and beyond. After the repair they reseeded and laid down straw! From Adam in the office to Nick and Tripp was beyond pleased with the service. This company cares about their customers and it shows. Thank you Adam,Tripp and Nick!
Just had an old broken water heater replaced (30 to 50gallon) by Michael Gladstein. From The moment my wife and I met him, we felt confident in the entire company, appreciated his professionalism, how he took the time to clarify different options, notice we could have a larger tank; when other companies didn’t even give the option because the old tank was a 30g on second floor, with small space. He then installing it himself the next day with excellence. Really showing care for our home by through clean organized work, and his craftsmanship. Michael did great work from beginning to end! What’s stood out to me was that between the three quotes we got, Benjamin Franklin had the most competitive pricing. Only a few more Benjamin‘s difference for higher quality! Other companies quoted prices close to what Benjamin Franklin did but offered less. Highly recommend.
Jacob with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was absolutely fantastic! He showed up on time, was courteous, knowledgeable, and made me feel like I could actually trust a plumber in my house—which, let’s be honest, is sometimes harder to find than a leak! 😂 He was so great that even my dog liked him, and my dog is usually a pretty good judge of character. If he passes the dog inspection, you know he’s good people! 🐾 Professional, trustworthy, and friendly from start to finish. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, give this man a raise—or at least let him know he’s officially been approved by the household security team! They came out and inspected the old water heater and able to explain what was needed to bring a new one up to code, and while they were here they were able to shut off the gas valve to the hot water heater (which was antique) for my safety. They also told me what was needed for new duct work to the furnace. Very professional.
5 Stars all around! We had an emergency on a Friday late in the afternoon. I called and they were able to send a plumber out right away. The plumber was knowledgeable and courteous. They were able to get our work done in a fast and timely manner! Thank you for your help, we greatly appreciate it!

We were very blessed to have such an expert as Mike come to our house to troubleshoot our hot water heater. The man is a consummate professional, has decades of experience, knew exactly what he was doing, did what he needed to do, and we couldn't be more pleased to have had this absolute expert come to evaluate our water heater.
