We were able to easily schedule an emergency plumbing repair. They notified us ahead of time before Chase arrived. Chase quickly identified the best solution, gave us an accurate estimate, and completed the repairs. After finishing, Chase made sure there were no additional leaks, then he thoroughly cleaned up the work area. I would definitely recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Chase!!

Chris Applegate replaced filters for a whole house water filtration system and was a true professional. He shared his knowledge of filter replacement and went above and beyond in his explanation of operation. He covered filter replacement requirements and even installed a bypass the previous installer missed. I would gladly welcome Chris into my home anytime for plumbing matters that need attention. Great honest, working plumber that stopped and took the time to walk me through and actually diagnosed the problem and take step-by-step to fix said problem completely recommend using his professionalism again compared to other plumber. I had look at the job and do nothing but tell me it was broke and would be a $6000 fix. Without going into detail about any issue it may potentially be like Brock took the time to do. With this being a new to me house and us having a completely new pump we were at a shock to why the pump would not cut off for us to have young children here and no use of water we are really thankful Brock was able to get us a functional water supply at a decent turn around time.
