Called BF around 8:30am having no hot water. They told me 10-2 and the technician would call ahead of time. My phone was ringing in about 10 minutes and I had someone at my house by 9. Jason was my technician and he showed me options for my situation. Ultimately I went with a new hot water heater and Jason completed the job in about 2 hours. Hot water restored! Jason was professional, polite, and kept me in the loop as he worked. Would highly recommend!

Provided great service. Took care of a large section of drain line replacement under our home. Replaced piping under kitchen sink. Cleaned up all work areas and returned them to better than original. Benjamin Franklin plumbing has been our go to for years as our 60 plus year old home has slowly needed upgrades.

They were prompt to not only provide a full inspection of the plumbing on a recent house I purchased here in Richlands but quick to schedule an appointment to have the Hot Water Heater replaced.
