As a whole, we were a bit disappointed with how our most recent call was handled. We called Saturday 6/28 to get at tech out for a leaky toilet valve. The dispatcher told us we could either have someone come out the following day (Sunday 6/29) for an emergency fee or wait until Monday for their standard fee. Knowing that the leak was bad, we informed the dispatcher on that first phone call we would like to go with Sunday 6/29. After we hung up, I received a text with the timeframe of 8am - 12pm. We changed our plans for Sunday morning and made sure we were home in that timeframe. By 12:30pm on Sunday, we had not heard anything. I called back to see the status. The dispatcher was very apologetic and stated that we should not have received a timeframe at all since it was an emergency request. She was able to provide me a general timeframe for when our tech would be out and even followed up via call, which I appreciated. Our tech, Forrest, was professional, very quick with fixing our issue, and provided us with a small discount for the inconvenience; however, it sounded like there was some inaccurate information was put on our profile stating that we tried to adjust our time from Monday to Sunday which caused the auto-text with the timeframe, which was not true. We are still a bit frustrated by the whole thing knowing that we had to spend the full day waiting for our tech on top of spending money on a plumbing repair.
Same day service. Matt was friendly and professional. Communication was fantastic from first call to service completion. First time using Benjamin Franklin, will definitely not be the last. Highly recommend!
