Technician performed a fantastic job first go around. Nick informed me he highly recommended a jet after clearing the main, situation came back. He was correct, then he jetted the line and Sean showed me camera view. Great comradery between the two. Thank you
Shaun exhibited great professionalism during his evaluation of our systems. He explained in detail his process when he arrived, and took the time to explain his findings as he performed his inspection. He was very respectful of our property and completed his evaluations in a very timely manner.
We briefly talked with Shaun about the necessary repairs and scheduled to get work done for tomorrow as my house requires the water company to turn off the mainline from the street. He was super helpful, kind, and efficient. He was also punctual. Overall, this isn’t my first time working with this company and everyone at the location is awesome, which is why I joined the membership.

They took the time to explain everything in a way we could actually understand, welcomed us to watch and ask questions while they worked, and were genuinely a delight to have in our home. I honestly feel like I understand our house’s plumbing better after this experience, and really appreciated them letting us learn from them as they worked. I contacted Benjamin Franklin to check a sump pump which was discharging with a very short cycle. Benjamin Franklin had installed the pump and back up system 10 years ago. I've had no issues with the pump other than this recent very short discharge cycle. The tech, Julian, came out to inspect the same day. After inspection I was told the pump was operating as intended due to the heavy snow melting/water to expect a shorter pump cycle. I suspected the same but wanted to have the sump pump checked as a precaution since it was 10 years old. No issues.
