They were able to come out within an hour of me calling, my technician Shaun completed the task of disconnecting my gas dryer, and fixing my washer hook ups the same day at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be using their service in the future, and I recommend this business for anybody looking for a reliable plumbing service. They came back and helped hook up water to my refrigerator, same-day service, excellent service as always.Shaun the plumber was awesome!

Shaun Spencer was absolutely fantastic. He was calm, extremely professional and explained everything before he did anything. He went over every little detail and gave me prices for best case and worse case scenarios. We have used them in the past, the techs and main call center are the best. Shaun in reality you deserve a 10/10.

I was pretty surprised at how high the price was that he quoted, but decided to proceed with the work anyway. I recognize that this was not the judgement call of the plumber, but came from the company. Still, I will hesitate before I call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for any big jobs.

Chad did an awesome job. He was very professional and you could tell he takes pride in his work. Chad was also good at explaining what he was doing to correct our issue and left no mess behind.
