We always have super kind technicians at Ben Franklin but today we had a guy come out who went above and beyond! His name was Nery. He provided us with exceptional service. Nery was so polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. I had many questions about getting our pipes replaced and he explained everything thoroughly to my husband and I. We have talked to a couple other plumbing companies about the problems we are facing in regards to our plumbing (old house) and never felt like we were getting the answers we needed to follow through with their services. It was a no brainer after Nery explained everything to us. He was so kind and a great asset to your team!

Matthew was very polite, personable and professional and he got the job done quickly. He also asked me about any other needs and if I wanted him to check anything. He always educated me on water pressures. I would highly recommend him for any repairs you need.

Excellent service from start to finish. The technician David promptly repaired a leak at my outside faucet coming from the main to the house and then re-insulated the pipe with great attention to detail. Benjamin Franklin was awesome. John Smith was our technician and handled everything professionally, explaining exactly what he was going to do before he did it. He’s been a practicing plumber for 14 years so knows his stuff. Handled our problem in under an hour. Definitely will reach out to them again when we need our pipes replaced or have another problem (And we will Be doing one or the other)
