Just got a bathroom reptile completed and I am pleased with the service and the work. They have financing options that helped me pay for the repair. Matthew was great, explained what he was doing and why, prepped the area, and was tidy during the process. Doug also came to help with the repair and he was courteous too. Only reason not 5 stars is that my original quote for repair doubled in price and I felt a little blindsided.

Five Star is the only plumbing service I will call. I have called on them at least 5 times and every service is performed professionally and quickly and with a reasonable cost. I don't dread having to call them out. I trust this company completely.

I got 2 estimates for fixing a water pressure problem in my house. The first company recommended a very expensive whole house filtration and softener system and said it would take a couple of months to see a difference. Michael came for the second estimate and was great! He was on time, friendly and very courteous. He found the problem immediately and had the repair scheduled and completed exactly as discussed for thousands of $$ less than the other company. He left the area totally cleaned and tidy. I will definitely use Michael Brock with Benjamin Franklin plumbing for all my future plumbing needs, and so should you!
