We used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for some new toilets and a new kitchen faucet after moving into a new house. We dealt with Adam and Joe for scheduling and details and Chris did all the work at the house. They were very professional and knowledgable and prices were competitive. Chris educated us about the work he did and gave us some great pro-tips for general plumbing maintenance as a new home owner. He also did top notch work!! Our outdoor faucet was busted during last winter. I called Benjamin Franklin plumbing to come and give us a quote. Chris came by and diagnose the issue got the pasts and fix it in about an hour.
