The pilot light on our propane hot water heater went out for the third time this year and we were unable to get it lit again. I called BF Raleigh and they said they would send someone out that very afternoon. Chris Austin came later that day and was so respectful and knowledgeable. He was able to get the pilot light relit immediately and then diagnosed a failing thermopile. He explained everything, answered all our questions, and gave us a very reasonable estimate to replace it. We made plans so that the next time it happens we would ask them to order the part. No pressure, no up-selling. Great service. Great people. Great prices! Highly recommend!!
