The pilot light on our propane hot water heater went out for the third time this year and we were unable to get it lit again. I called BF Raleigh and they said they would send someone out that very afternoon. Chris Austin came later that day and was so respectful and knowledgeable. He was able to get the pilot light relit immediately and then diagnosed a failing thermopile.
