The pilot light on our propane hot water heater went out for the third time this year and we were unable to get it lit again. I called BF Raleigh and they said they would send someone out that very afternoon. Chris Austin came later that day and was so respectful and knowledgeable. He was able to get the pilot light relit immediately and then diagnosed a failing thermopile. He explained everything, answered all our questions, and gave us a very reasonable estimate to replace it. We made plans so that the next time it happens we would ask them to order the part. Joe did an outstanding job installing our new tankless water heater. His price was very competitive and much better than two other companies we contacted, and he was able to do the install the same day. When we discovered a real‑time monitoring component was missing from the manufacturer’s carton, Joe tracked it down, installed it, and showed me exactly how to use it. We couldn’t be more pleased with the price, installation quality, and follow‑up support. Joe will definitely be our go‑to plumber from now on.

We used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for some new toilets and a new kitchen faucet after moving into a new house.
