Highly recommend! Ilija and Dylan were professional, answered all of my questions, respected my home, and were wonderful to work with. Easy to schedule and completed the work quickly - quote took place the same day I called, and they were available to start the next day.

I used Ben Franklin for a water heater change out and they did a fantastic job. The next day, the manager Bryan called me to verify I was happy with the install and work done. I will recommend them to others.

Chad did an awesome job. He was very professional and you could tell he takes pride in his work. Chad was also good at explaining what he was doing to correct our issue and left no mess behind. If we ever have plumbing problems again, we will definitely be calling Benjamin Franklin, plumbing and requesting Chad. I noticed my cat and dog really like Chad too, and they are a very good judge of character! 😀

Mr Micheal and Mr Josh are lifesavers! We had an emergency order at my property and had a short amount of time to complete. The guys came, quoted, and within a couple hours had our system up and running perfectly! They were also very friendly and respectful to the upset residents. Definitely will recommend those 2 for the job. Great work guys!

David was a very nice guy and showed up on time. My only complaint is that this was the second time in 2 weeks he had to come out to fix a clogged pipe from basement to septic. He told us he did not have a camera as several from the company were being fixed. Therefore the problem was not fixed and the septic flooded our basement again and we had to call them and pay them again to come do the repair. We are now waiting again for someone to come with a camera to assess the situation. Hopefully this can be resolved as it should have been if a camera was used the first time. With that said, they did discount the 2nd time they had to come out as they should!

Our tech Ethan Tolliver was exceptional from start to finish. He didn’t just treat us like a customer he treated us like family. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the repairs needed. He made the whole process enjoyable. We look forward to working with Ethan and his company in the future if anything is needed. William Owens came out and replaced the power vent on our water heater. He knew his job of the repair very well. He was genuinely concerned about our lack of hot water and replaced the part in less than 30 minutes. We are very pleased by the overall service we have received so far. We had a new tankless water heater installed after the repair and the whole process was great from start to finish. Chris and Jordan were the two install techs on the tankless eater heater. They also extended our natural gas line so we could put a gas stove in. This is honestly the best experience we’ve ever had from a company. I would highly recommend them for your next service.

Carmen Richardson
We have our hot water heater cleaned and other aspects of our plumbing checked every year. Traise has been the technician who has come several times and does a great job! He’s friendly, thorough and is very knowledgeable regarding any other services I have inquired about. We are very happy with the services provided!

John was very knowledgeable and helpful with our recurring plumbing issues. He replaced a toilet so that everything is flowing well. He's also very nice and personable.
To keep your water heater running smoothly in Orlando, it’s a good idea to flush the tank once a year to clear out sediment, especially if your area has hard water. Check the pressure relief valve, inspect for rust or leaks, and make sure the thermostat is set to a safe temperature (usually around 120°F). Regular maintenance helps extend the life of your unit and keeps your hot water flowing efficiently. For peace of mind, consider scheduling a professional inspection with a local plumber.
If your water pressure suddenly drops or only affects certain fixtures in your Orlando home, it could be a sign of a clogged pipe, leak, or a problem with your water supply. Try cleaning faucet aerators first, but if the issue persists, it’s best to call a licensed plumber in Orlando to diagnose and fix the problem before it gets worse.
We are available 24/7 to take your call for emergencies. Our appointment hours are listed above.
