Ryan did an awesome job doing an entire toilet rebuild in my master bathroom. Everything that could’ve gone wrong with this toilet did and Ryan was able to knock it out and it works better than ever! He was very careful around my sleeping daughter and was very courteous to communicate everything about the job that I had questions about. He was very thorough and cleaned up after himself. The appointment was scheduled very quickly and easily over the phone and Ryan was great about just about every step of the process. Highly recommend Ben Franklin based on flying experience with him!

Ryan was prompt, kind, patient, knowledgeable, & reliable. He fixed exactly what we needed for installing our own products. He installed our new kitchen faucet, our new garbage disposal, & made sure our dishwasher was working, too.
