Our water heater went up on July 3rd, and Patrick was out there that afternoon to assess and give us a game plan. He came out again the Saturday the 5th to install a new electric heater to replace the old propane one. Very helpful, courteous, answered some other questions we had, as we just moved in 6 weeks ago. Prompt, knowledgeable And didn't try to sell you anything you didn't need. I'd recommend Patrick and this company to my friends and family if they come across a similar situation.
Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did a great job installing a new kitchen faucet, replacing a 2 yr old faucet purchased and installed by another plumbing company that began to leak. Tyler the technician was quick, polite, and took the time to take a water sample for testing which has not been offered by any other plumbers I've used in the past. He also checked the plumbing fixtures in the rest of the house for problems and made recommendations without any sales pressure which I appreciated We'll done!
Tyler arrived on time. He was very organized, respectful, and courteous. Tyler paid attention to my questions and patiently answered all of them. I am very happy with all scheduled services and with Tyler’s competency and diligence delivering them at my place. Thank you!
Mr. Jeff / supervisor and Will were back after annual plumbing inspection. I had several issues they found and other I needed corrected. Jeff was most thorough and excellent in his skill trade. Went out of his way to ensure I was happy with all they corrected. Excellent professional work. I feel I don't have to go behind them to check..they take the extra steps and everything is put back in place..most particular . It's a wonderful experience to feel at ease with all that they work on! Thanks Jefff snd Will.
