"I’m Ron Williams, the owner of One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. My team members got together and decided it was time to take care of those who take care of us on a daily basis.
As a team, we believe we owe a great debt of gratitude and respect to anyone who has served in the United States military, is on the police force, or is a First Responder. And we want to thank you by taking care of your home’s plumbing, air conditioning, and heating needs."

I enjoyed meeting with Kyle. His professional approach and his knowledge of the systems is impressive. The evaluation of my concerns was thorough and supported with photographs of areas he felt were concerning. He took the time to answer my questions & was understanding of the "shock" his evaluation brought to me. He delivered tough news with care! Justin worked ALL day & into the evening to replace the HVAC system. He communicated throughout the process & carefully explained each element of the project. The work carried over to the next morning when Justin came back to make sure that everything was working as it should be working. I'm very happy with a new system in my home. Tyler worked all day to fix all of the plumbing issues that we had discussed. The new connections for all of the important joints as well as the shut-off valves now working in all of the bathrooms and kitchen is a relief to me. Installing the new faucet in the kitchen just adds a new sparkle to the room. Tyler's work was neat and professional throughout the day. he communicated constantly on what needed to be done and how he was doing. I appreciate all of the photographs that both Justin and Tyler have provided. It's great to have the documentation! I can't thank all of you enough for my safe and perfectly functioning home!
Tyler did a great job, he was helpful, knowledgeable and he went above and beyond to make sure the problem was resolved before the holidays. He was able to provide us with a solution that we had not thought of that not only fixed the issue but he was able to hid the fix under our kitchen sink so it was not an eye sore in our entry way. We highly recommend the team and Tyler specifically.
Patrick Drew performed a thorough fall maintenance visit of my home’s plumbing systems. Patrick was very knowledgeable and professional. He inspected every plumbing system with care and attention, both inside and under the house in the crawl space. Patrick flushed our tankless water heater and made insightful recommendations as to ways to optimize the life of plumbing fixtures and components. He exceeded my expectations with his professionalism and articulation. I pay for an annual contract which includes 2 maintenance visits a year plus a nice discount on any necessary repairs. Patrick’s friendly service added even more value. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing and One Hour Heating & Air for all of your home’s essential comfort systems.
Shawn was extremely professional. He diagnosed the leak and explained everything very well. He made the repairs and put our toilet back in service. My wife and I are very happy with the service and will highly recommend you to our family and friends for our plumbing needs in the future. Thank you!
