I was pleasantly surprised with the service today. Cody and his team wore protective footwear, evaluated the toilet leak, explained it to me clearly, put down a tarp to protect the floor, removed and replaced the worn wax seal, reinstalled and clean up like new. Very professional, fast and efficient. Well done!

Wouldn’t you know the Friday before a holiday weekend, both of my toilets were clogged! Other drains were bubbling. Benjamin Franklin came to my rescue! Benjamin Franklin service technician and trainee was very curious and knowledgeable. They asked questions as to what the problems were, they consulted a more experienced tech and advised me before initiating any work needed. I asked questions and Mr Sawyer was most willing to answer all questions. I'm very satisfied so far with their work in reasonable time.
