Bought a Dishwasher from Best Buy and their installers could not install due to the valves under our sink. Called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing because they came out and serviced our tankless hot water heater and did a great job. Joseph Lopez our technician was fantastic. Came in looked at everything we needed done and worked up a price. The price was great; we also asked cost to install dishwasher. We had Josph do the sink work and install dishwasher. Everything went great. From start to finish he was very professional right down to cleaning the workspace when done. Our community has a FB page and a neighbor was looking for a plumber we didn't hesitate to recommend Joseph and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

The service was timely and professional. I really appreciate that Chuck treated my home with respect. He not only wiped his feet, but he put on booties to protect my floors. He did a thorough inspection before he gave me the estimate for the service needed. Because of his courteous explanation of what was needed to get the job done correctly, I would highly recommend him.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Having had BFP install new garbage disposal and faucet last year with great result, and after speaking with manager Jeffrey who offered free estimate, I decided to call BFP regarding our two outdoor hoses that we were unable to remove from the hose bibs as they were seized on; we had tried using WD40 and wrenches. I was afraid we were going to need new hose bibs! Benjamin Franklin sent tech Joseph Lopez the very next morning after my call for the free estimate. Joseph was professional, knowledgeable and personable. After assessing the bibs he advised the cost for just removal of hoses and/or need to install new bibs. I gave him the go ahead to do his best to remove hoses! I noted he consciously covered his shoes when coming through our home from front to back yards. He patiently and very carefully tried a few removal methods including the spray/wrench we had tried. He was finally able to remove them by carefully using a hack saw! He also installed a new hose connecting part on each bib with nice new threads that are guaranteed for two years. It was a third of the price new bibs would have cost! We so appreciated the extra conscientious efforts Joseph Lopez made to repair our hose bibs giving us an excellent result and as economically as possible! Thank you! Austin came by today just to give me a quote for plumbing work that needs to be done throughout my house. He was professional, timely, very nice and personable. I appreciated that he took the time to explain everything that would need to be done, what obstacles he might encounter in the process, as well as the timeframe it would take to complete. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns with sincere honesty. He would also be here doing the work himself with assistance. I can appreciate that. He stands behind his work with a warranty. Don’t find that much anymore. A very pleasant experience!

David was able to come out the next day to install my gas dryer. The other places were at least 2 weeks out for scheduling. David and Andrew were very professional, friendly, and respectful of my property. The quickly assessed what needed to be done, provided and estimate, and upon approval, successfully installed the dryer.
