Bought a Dishwasher from Best Buy and their installers could not install due to the valves under our sink. Called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing because they came out and serviced our tankless hot water heater and did a great job. Joseph Lopez our technician was fantastic. Came in looked at everything we needed done and worked up a price. The price was great; we also asked cost to install dishwasher. We had Josph do the sink work and install dishwasher. Everything went great. From start to finish he was very professional right down to cleaning the workspace when done. Our community has a FB page and a neighbor was looking for a plumber we didn't hesitate to recommend Joseph and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Having had BFP install new garbage disposal and faucet last year with great result, and after speaking with manager Jeffrey who offered free estimate, I decided to call BFP regarding our two outdoor hoses that we were unable to remove from the hose bibs as they were seized on; we had tried using WD40 and wrenches. I was afraid we were going to need new hose bibs! Benjamin Franklin sent tech Joseph Lopez the very next morning after my call for the free estimate. Joseph was professional, knowledgeable and personable. After assessing the bibs he advised the cost for just removal of hoses and/or need to install new bibs. I gave him the go ahead to do his best to remove hoses! I noted he consciously covered his shoes when coming through our home from front to back yards. He patiently and very carefully tried a few removal methods including the spray/wrench we had tried. He was finally able to remove them by carefully using a hack saw! He also installed a new hose connecting part on each bib with nice new threads that are guaranteed for two years. It was a third of the price new bibs would have cost! We so appreciated the extra conscientious efforts Joseph Lopez made to repair our hose bibs giving us an excellent result and as economically as possible! Thank you! Once again Mr. Sparky / BF plumbing has provided excellent service. They showed up on time as always. They are easy to schedule. And they warantee their work. Prices are not bad, dedinitely save money in the long run not having to deal with contractors that dont show up or schedule weeks out. Very easy to move forward with projects due to ease of scheduling. Very difficult to find quality residential electricians, but with Mr Sparky you do not have to worry about them not showing up or them not doing a great job.

My Technician, Chuck A. , was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I was not getting hot water in my home. He was able to pinpoint the problem immediately after inspection of my tankless water heater and fuse box. He also gave me some helpful pointers. I will definitely call this company if I have any plumbing issues in the future.

I was replacing a 19 year old water heater and made 4 calls to local plumbers for estimates. Two never returned calls with my 2 follow-up calls. One gave me an estimate over the phone and Benjamin Franklin comes to the house to give an estimate. David showed up (very personable and low pressure) gave me an estimate that was $450 less than his competition with a name brand heater. He had the heater and supplies on the truck so he was able to do the job right then. Nice neat and clean work done in about 1-1 1/2 hours. Highly recommend.
