We had Benjamin Franklin out to repair our toilets. We bought a water filter system and they put it in within a couple hours. The technicians Sawyer and Aidan was very professional and polite. They also had a fast response time. We was turning in a claim to the water company because of the toilets and they helped us out so much on the computer to fill out the forms. we recommend them very highly!!
Matt was a pleasure to have as my water filter installer. He took his time on the install and explained step by step on the installation procedure. He is a top notch technician. The job came out great. I am very pleased with the installation.
Sawyer and Aiden were very professional and polite. They were knowledgeable and explained a variety of services they provide for future reference. The repair was quickly done and did an amazing job. Compared to other companies that wanted a $149 and up service charge to tell me the problem even though the problem was already found by my water company. There was no ridiculous service charge to tell me what I already knew. They were able to come out same day as well. I will be using Benjamin Franklin for all my future plumbing needs.

Technical was Gary, no picture in list. Gary showed up, assess the issue and proceeded to remove and replace the broken valve assembly. For whatever reason the valve was very deep in the ground and not very accessible. As part of the replacement, he configured the new valve making it more accessible. He took the initiative to make it better instead of just replacing the the valve.
