We had an emergency with heat system at our house. They provided next day service and technician identified the problem with our thermostat. The technician provided the details for the thermostat to purchase and is coming for follow up visit to set the new thermostat and make sure the problem has been resolved. Would suggest to get a price estimate beforehand or onsite price estimate. We found it bit overcharged but got some discount after discussing about it.

I would recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing of MetroWest to anyone! They came way after business hours to assess a massive leak in the bathroom ceiling. Within minutes, they identified the source and were back the next morning to fix the leak.
