Barry was great. He answered my questions and fixed the issue i had with water leaking from my bathroom and causing damage to my garbage roof. He completed the job in about a hour.

Great experience again! Unfortunately, had to use this company to replace the main water line in October. They were complete professionals at that time and again today. Discovered water in my garage, had narrowed it down to a water heater with my “expertise”. Called the professionals to go from there and after doing the research and going the extra mile, was informed it was not a plumbing leak, but water entering from outside my house. They could have taken my money and installed a new water heater, but instead informed me that was not the case. I was fortunate to have Barry Ruoff as my technician for a clogged toilet issue, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. He arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. sharp and got right to work. He took the time to wear protective booties to keep my home clean, thoroughly inspected the toilet and plumbing, and clearly explained his recommendations before beginning the repair. Barry completed the job quickly and efficiently, then performed a full inspection of the home’s plumbing to make sure everything else was in good shape. He was polite, knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly professional throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend Barry to anyone in need of plumbing services.
