I just bought a house and had plumbing issues that didn’t come up on the home inspection. I chose Benjamin Franklin because they were very personable and friendly compared to the other companies I talked to, Lauren was amazing! Brandon and his partner came out and took a look at everything. They didn’t make me feel dumb or pressured as if they were just trying to upsell me something. They explained everything very well and showed me pictures of what was wrong and went above and beyond! 10/10 will use this company again, great people!

I want to say thank you to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Sherman Texas and Lance Morton. Lance had the responsibility of installing two new water heaters, replacing two toilets, replacing water pipes in two bathrooms as well as new faucets in the sinks. You can tell Lance genuinely cares about doing the job correctly with a high degree of knowledge and professionalism. I will definitely call this company and request Lance when I need plumbing work done at my house. .
