Zack was very capable and professional. He is licensed and very knowledgeable. We had several leaks and he was able to diagnose them all, gave us a quote, and made an appointment to come back and fix them. The work he did was quick, well done, and tidy. He laid down drop cloths to make sure our floor stayed nice, and wiped down each area so the work looked nice when he was done. He was kind and explained everything that needed to be done. Brandon and Carson came out today to give an estimate on an irrigation leak and they were so helpful. The company sent a photo and bio of Brandon to give me a heads up, who would be coming out to my property. It was incredibly professional and helpful, and even explained how Brandon has 33 years of experience in the field. They were very timely and got Strait to work as soon as they arrived. Within only 10 minutes of searching for the leak, Brandon found it! They were both so respectful and easy to work with! I highly recommend their services as they are same day and very professional.

Prompt and responsive. I had two separate problems both an old house with old plumbing. John was able to diagnose the Chronic issue I had with my bathroom sink not draining. He recommended a course of action, but also gave me the option for a cheaper possible fix. I took his recommendation. To replace a span of galvanized pipe that he thought was probably the culprit. He and his coworker also replaced an outdoor spigot That had been in operative for two years and required quite a bit of attention. For the diagnostics and work involves, including sawing through galvanized, steel pipes and the fact that everything works perfectly, I have no complaints at all. Everything was done at the same time. It was not inexpensive, but the price I paid reflected the work and diagnostics and parts and the speed of service.
We had a pipe break in our bathroom today. I called Benjamin and they sent Josh out. He was kind and courteous and walked us through everything he did to fix our problem. He did a fantastic job.
Kylle was amazing. He explained everything in great detail so I would understand everything. He provided an explanation for items that are wearing on my tank so I would not be blindsided when the repairs will need to be completed.
