I called a month ago for an issue, they came out gave a free estimate and gave advice to try and repair on own. They checked on us to make sure we didn't have any more issues. We called them back out due to the same issue, they came out again and David provided excellent service. I was expecting an astronomical bill but they were so affordable I will definitely be using them in the future for any of our plumbing issues!!!

Jerod showed up 20 minutes early, which instantly made me suspicious. Nobody is that punctual unless they’re either a vampire or about to upsell me a water softener. Turns out he’s just freakishly competent. Fixed my leaky faucet in like 7 minutes, used zero curse words (unlike me watching), and even tightened the handle on my kitchen cabinet that’s been wobbly since the Obama administration. I offered him a beer; he accepted a water. A WATER. Who is this man? 10/10 would let him touch my pipes again.
This is easily the most professional, reliable, thoughtful, service oriented organization I have worked with in years! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their staff is consultative without being salesy or pushy, executes on their work, stands behind the quality of what they do and are a joy to work with. Estimate for utility sink removal and replacement did a great job of breaking down the work entailed and the price point for each. Easy to understand. He was on time. Installation went great. There was a small leak detected in one of the parts. Quickly got a new part and fixed at no extra cost. Colin did a great job of all the work requested over the past several days.
Our serviceman was Ben. He showed up on short notice and on time. We had an expensive leak in our yard. The previous company estimated a larger job and couldn’t start for a week. Ben figured it out right away and discovered the problem and a relatively simple solution and estimate that saved us big dollars. An hour or so later, he was done. He has a great personality and work ethic. I highly recommend him and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.
