Gene came and immediately knew what was going on with a "thud" noise we've been hearing for months. He did a quick "blue color dye" test on the oldest toilet in the house (the powder room, main floor) and of course, discovered it was leaking. The noise we've been hearing was literally the toilet running and then filling and then producing the thud noise randomly. He was quick, knowledgeable, precise and friendly. I described the symptoms and he knew exactly what needed to be done - gave me a couple of options on a toilet rebuild or replacement, and with NO pressure! Benjamin Franklin was communicative, and sent texts before my appointment and he was able to take payment right here on his iPad. Very efficient, cost effective and just over all great service provided. Their manager, Austin is super knowledgable and super friendly as well. Thank you again!

Had a great experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Needed help with my water heater. They knew exactly what was wrong and repaired it within a couple of hours. Highly recommend.
I have looked for years for a reliable, affordable plumbing service here in NWA. I had a plumbing emerency on the weekend and they did not charge me an arm and a leg to help. The best parts are the quality of work and the service. You actually speak to a real, live, honest-to-goodness person each and every time you call. They are very responsive. The quality of Aaron's work is top notch! Cannot recommend them highly enough!
Sam was terrific. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and skillful. He fixed our hot water tank and added an expansion tank to relieve the water pressure. All of this was done very quickly and at an unbelievably low price. We feared the worst (a new water heater) and we were very pleasantly surprised!
