Great experience with this company and technician Dave!-- We had to do a waste and overflow repair in our bathtub when our drain shoe got broken. Our house is on a concrete slab and we were told by a previous company that we would probably need to replace our whole tub. So we called around to try to find another option. It was already later in the day, but Benjamin Franklin Plumbing sent someone within an hour. Dave came out and said he could fix it no problem. He had to get some parts, but was able to come back first thing the morning after and had it done in less than 2 hours. He showed us everything he did and that there was no leaks. Very kind and courteous. He even cleaned up before leaving.

I’ve been a customer of Trey’s for decades and he is nothing short of awesome. He is skilled at diagnosing exactly what the issue is and rectifying it. He is not one of those guys that sells you a bunch of unnecessary nonsense to make a buck. He is definitely about great service and long lasting relationships. What more could you ask for?

Mike showed up on time and was extremely professional and personable. Our hot water tank took a dive and was leaking all over. Mike came over and promptly fixed the issue while also providing detailed advice on other related plumbing questions. I would absolutely recommend, 10 out of 10!

Fantastic service! Michael did a great job and was really just a pleasure to meet. He walked us through everything we needed done, was extremely polite, provided pictures, and left the area cleaner then when he started. We needed our boiler serviced (it needed a lot of help) and we are so glad we went with this company.

Ryan & Jake were absolutely phenomenal! They hey installed our water softener. They provided Great customer service and stayed late to make sure they did the job correctly. I appreciate their hard work and diligence . The dispatcher Dalia was also so helpful and so kind. This company was so amazing to me and my family and they treat military families so well.
