I was looking to replace an old water heater, and the process was fast and easy. Cody was very nice, professional, and thorough. I did not feel any pressure to make a decision when he came out to give me a quote (but appreciated knowing they'd be ready to install immediately if needed), and when I called back a few days later the person in the office was very nice and got my installation scheduled for a day later that week that worked for me. Cody came back out and got my water heater installed within a few hours and without much disruption to my day!

I contacted BF through a handyman app Sunday evening after experiencing a leak from my upstairs bathroom through my kitchen ceiling. The shut-off valve into my home also didn’t seal properly. Tyler and his colleague came out the next day as requested and was able to replace the valve with an updated one and assisted with assembling back the tub’s main valve and faucet handle and spout. He was knowledgeable and patient, which was much appreciated!
My experience with Benjamin Franklin was great!! Service call scheduled within 12 hours of my original call. Cody arrived promptly on time, evaluated the situation. It was determined hot water heater needed to be replaced. He provided quotes and once I decided which model, he immediately tackled the job. A new (upgraded) unit was delivered and 2 hours later I had a beautiful unit and hot water!! Cody was friendly, professional and thorough. Dustin was prompt, communicated well, was friendly and answered all my questions. His work is very good quality. He repaired an old laundry hookup in a basement that needed new shutoff valves and a hookup to a new utility sink faucet. Benjamin Franklin communicated at all times and let me know when they were coming.
