The company saw that we needed fast service and they sent out two technicians as soon as they could. David and Luke are the best. They explained everything clearly and politely. They worked quickly and neatly and installed our new garbage disposal with great efficiency. They also interacted with us with respect. David and Luke are two fine young men. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing should be commended for hiring such capable technicians. We shall use this company for all of our plumbing needs in the future. A++

I had a great experience with Sam! I was given a time window of 2-4pm and he arrived right at 2pm, which I really appreciated. He did a thorough inspection and took the time to clearly walk me through all of my options. He was very transparent and helpful in working with me to find the best solution and pricing and he also explained potential future needs so I could plan ahead. Throughout the entire visit, he made me feel comfortable and confident in the decisions being made. Overall, the service was professional, honest, and easy to work with. I will definitely be using him again when I'm ready to install a new sink!

My experience was fantastic!! My hot water tank was rusted out and filled half my basement with water. Bob was so accommodating and was able to have someone here on Father's Day to replace it and have me up and running again. Tyler was my service tech and he was terrific. I will definitely make these guys first on my list for any plumbing issues in the future.

Called and said they could have Somone come out and take a look between 2-4pm Cody came out at 2:30 and gave us a quote at a very reasonable price for running a sewer snake, said to go ahead and do the work. He was able to get it done and cleaned up within 30min!! Cody was super fast and very professional. He wrote a very detailed email receipt (with photos and videos) before he left the drive way.
