Cody was great! He called when he was on his way and arrived right on time. We needed a P-trap installed and had a leak from our bathtub faucet, and he explained everything really clearly, including what needed to be done and how long it would take. He was very professional but also really kind and easy to work with. I also really appreciate that the work comes with a one-year warranty. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend him!

Cody was my first technician. He was right on time and was so polite and kind He worked so diligently on my plumbing issue and cleaned up after his work! I needed to have a second procedure done, so Nate came out a couple days later Nate was so professional and polite and kind! He gave me two options and suggestions but was not pushy to do an expensive procedure He, like Cody, was very kind and cleaned up after his work. I chose this company because of the reviews and their service that I experienced proved why they get such great ratings! I would definitely recommend!!

I appreciated this company with everything. Melissa was able to communicate properly over the phone to the point where I understood what was going to happen. I was so stressed and she calmed me down. The technician who came out to my house was thoughtful and took his time to explain the problems to me. Their pricing was beyond reasonable. I am so glad that I chose BFP!!

If you like to support locally owned and operated businesses that have a great group of plumbers...look no further than Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I have personally used them at my home as well as several of my clients homes aswell. I have had different plumbers on every job and they all have shown up on time and we're very communicative throughout the process. I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin for your home or a contractor who needs a quick turnaround for a plumbing project. Great Job to the good folks at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!!

I had a great experience with Sam! I was given a time window of 2-4pm and he arrived right at 2pm, which I really appreciated. He did a thorough inspection and took the time to clearly walk me through all of my options. He was very transparent and helpful in working with me to find the best solution and pricing and he also explained potential future needs so I could plan ahead. Throughout the entire visit, he made me feel comfortable and confident in the decisions being made. Overall, the service was professional, honest, and easy to work with. I will definitely be using him again when I'm ready to install a new sink!
