Same day service on a major sewer line blockage causing water to backup under our toilets. Was there at the very top of the 4 hour window and tried everything he could, but was getting worried it wasn't going to be fixed that day and cost a lot more $. He gave it one more hail Mary trying something different and after 15 minutes or so, boom clog was gone and we can shower again. He and I were both excited it worked and I couldn't have asked for a better tech to come out. I don't know what they pay him, but I would argue he's worth more. Great job and will use them again.
