Mr. Jeff / supervisor and Patrick arrived earlier than planned. Most professional and presented we are here to help and fix what is needed; our pleasure to have you as a customer! They came prepared to service our CSI water treatment system that had been unattended for 2 years; our doing not BF. I was most pleased that Mr. Jeff had reviewed our history on file and was up to speed on our setup. They were thorough and explained steps they were taking to correct and service the system for efficiency. Anxious to know we were satisfied with their service. I was thrilled to have them back in my camp. This initial visit was pricey…however I had dropped the maintenance contract. The service contract for maintenance going forward is most attractive. I’m a happy customer . Thanks Mr. Jeff & Patrick…great to meet you and thanks for your patience and time and attention to satisfy us. ..AND mostly as I can not say enough of how much I appreciate your Kyle!!!!! I can’t say enough good things about my experience today. Patrick arrived within a few hours of me calling for an estimate. He was polite and respectful of not only me but my house. Customer service was top knotch from start to finish.
Exceptional service on Veterans Day of last year! Prompt, courteous, highly professional and thoroughly explained service from Jeff and Will. They replaced all the plumbing pipes exactly as stated in the estimate and went above and beyond in assisting us with information in reference to the work completed so that we have a full understanding of turning off our water for the Winter. Thjs extremely cold winter was a true test and we're happy to say so far so good! We strongly recommend Jeff and Will. Thanks again, guys! In addition, on March 28th we had Austin Schmidt scheduled for our annual HVAC check up. He was punctual, professional, pleasant and thoroughly informative. I am very pleased with the service. A plumber was sent right out and the problem waa taken care of quickly. I was informed throughout with what was happening. The plumber, Will, was very courteous and personable. Couldn't have asked for better!
