He knew his job of the repair very well. He was genuinely concerned about our lack of hot water and replaced the part in less than 30 minutes. We are very pleased by the overall service we have received so far. We had a new tankless water heater installed after the repair and the whole process was great from start to finish. Chris and Jordan were the two install techs on the tankless eater heater. They also extended our natural gas line so we could put a gas stove in.
