Nolan has done plumbing work for us a couple times—his work has been great. He explains things clearly, is efficient, and his work has held up well, without problems. Chris was great to work with and found my plumbing issue. I appreciate him! Chris came back today Friday , July 24 th , to repair my plumbing leak in the basement. He was very professional , explained everything he was doing . The job site was all cleaned up when he left . I would highly recommend him if anyone needs plumbing done .

Nolan is a very knowledgeable and skilled technician. He explain everything to me ( I am 70 years old with limited plumbing knowledge) and he did not leave until he was assured my new water heater was working perfectly. I enjoyed chatting with him as well. Probably the best experience I’ve had with an “emergency “ situation. I was impressed that he was able to arrive hours after my call and within a couple hours I had a brand new water heater. Cost was reasonable. This is the second time I have had a plumbing disaster and Ben Franklin Plumbing rescued me within hours.
