Ben Franklin of Ames is fantastic. I've used them twice now, once to replace a hot water heater and once to remove blockage in my drain pipes. The team here is very kind, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. The have done an excellent job. I appreciate their priority to take the extra time to ensure things are done right! I have used Ben Franklin for as long as the company has been in Ames. When I had a major repair a few years ago- installing new water service - Chris was part of the team. He made what might have been a bad experience into one that was as pleasant and efficient as it could have been. I have asked for him to be "my plumber" ever since. He is skilled, efficient, and unfailingly positive. Yesterday he installed a new sink and faucet in my new home, and gave me good advice on dealing with fixtures in the house I'll need to maintain. He's terrific!

Worked and kept the mess minimal, cleaned everything up, gave me an estimate during the process so no surprises. Couldn’t be happier with the job done. The team and individuals at Ben Franklin are amazing, professional, and very patient and kind. They show up on time, and take care to answer any questions.
