Nolan has done plumbing work for us a couple times—his work has been great. He explains things clearly, is efficient, and his work has held up well, without problems. This is only the 3rd time I’ve felt compelled to actually follow through with a Google rating. Recommend. Work has been much better than Draintech plumbing, which left lasting damage.

The individuals serving our water heater were prompt, professional, kind, and respectful of our home. They were thorough in showing and explaining what they were servicing and why. We appreciate the service and would recommend them.

Nolan is a very knowledgeable and skilled technician. He explain everything to me ( I am 70 years old with limited plumbing knowledge) and he did not leave until he was assured my new water heater was working perfectly. I enjoyed chatting with him as well. Probably the best experience I’ve had with an “emergency “ situation. I was impressed that he was able to arrive hours after my call and within a couple hours I had a brand new water heater. Cost was reasonable. This is the second time I have had a plumbing disaster and Ben Franklin Plumbing rescued me within hours.

Were there within a hour - ended up needing two sump pump replacements and they were very efficient. Work was completed within about an hour of them being there. Very great job!
