Chris was really great and knowledgeable about the litany of plumbing problems our new to us house was facing. We called Ben Franklin because our water softener was not working, and Chris also replaced a toilet flange that was too high after a flooring swap while he was out here. He also walked us through a couple of other small plumbing issues and provided us options on replacing our water softener as well as adding in some other filters and an under the sink RO system.
