Auston was very polite and represented your company well. The only negative was the price of the items we had done. We’re old folks and cannot afford what is a LOT of money to us. We went forward because one item was a leak which of course needed to be repaired. The other items were actually for me, Doni. I’m usually a happy woman though pretty much homebound due to serious medical issues & mobility issues. I have a hobby which keeps me very happy, gardening (elevated). I cannot do my gardening if I don’t have water. So that’s why we opted to have this fixed. Austin was wonderful in getting the water to run in my she shed and I am grateful for him and that. —- My only problem was the cost. However we will tighten our belts significantly. Thank you.
Installed a whole house water filter. The price was higher than I would’ve liked, But the warranty surpassed other installers and plumbing companies in the area. Installation does professional and result look really nice. The journeyman who installed it in the helper or professional, took their time to do things right. They cleaned up the area after the install. Spend time with me to help me understand any maintenance and how it was gonna cycle.
The plumber was very kind. He walked into my house that was smelling of backed up sewage. He remained professional and got the job done in a timely manner. This was my first experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. John Axford replaced my bathtub faucet system. Didn't take him long either. With original 1947 fixtures, he did an awesome job in getting rid of the leaky pipes. He cleaned up the work area after finishing; was like he hadn't been there. Would definitely recommend him to others needing help with their plumbing.
Austin was fairly quick to come out and asses the problem. I had a water pipe leaking under ground. Instead of charging me a lot of money for what felt like a hopeless attempt to get into the leak we stopped for the night. He came bacl the next day and got the leak fixed. I am very satisfied the work done will ensure the area will not be a problem again for many years.
