Very respectful in our home. Very knowledgeable about the water heater and our plumbing questions. Very efficient in flushing the water heater and doing our yearly inspection. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with plumbing problems and would have him back in the future.
Had a clogged up toilet, called a couple of places and Ben Franklin were most reasonable on service call pricing ($59.00) and after snaking the clog he even got me a 10% senior discount off of the actual bill.
