He replaced our toilet quickly and professionally and also fixed a stubborn clogged drain that we had been dealing with for a while. Aven is a very conscientious thoughtful you man. He was thorough in the inspection of our indoor/outdoor plumbing. He drained the sediment from hot water tank and pointed out some areas of concern with our plumbing we weren’t aware of. He is definitely an asset for Ben Franklin plumbing. He did a great job.
