Chase was exceptional!! Jared was so helpful as well!! This company came out to check our heating and cooling systems, clean our hot water heater, and patiently answered a bunch of our plumbing and duct-cleaning questions. As owners of an aging home, we truly trust them and deeply value their expert opinions on what updates we need. The level of professionalism cannot be surpassed! From wearing booties so they don’t drag dirt into the house to sending texts with pictures of the technicians before they arrive, every detail made us feel safe and cared for. We trust them completely with our home, will definitely continue doing business with them, and are already recommending them to all our friends. They are simply the best in the area!

We had an excellent experience with the replacement of our main water line. Ben Franklin was quick to respond. After finding it was the main line, the supervisor was called. He was amazing! Left me with a hose system that kept our water on. Then,cane back the next day with heavy equipment to do tge replacement. Figured out how to replace the line by attaching the new line to the old one. He was able to save my flower bed and sidewalk!!! They were affordable, kind and efficient. I can't say enough good things!

We had a great experience with this Aven at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. He replaced our toilet quickly and professionally and also fixed a stubborn clogged drain that we had been dealing with for a while. Everything is working perfectly now, and he was punctual, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. Fair pricing and great communication throughout the whole process. Aven is a very conscientious thoughtful you man. He was thorough in the inspection of our indoor/outdoor plumbing. He drained the sediment from hot water tank and pointed out some areas of concern with our plumbing we weren’t aware of. He is definitely an asset for Ben Franklin plumbing. He did a great job.
