From the initial estimate to the final installation, every aspect of the process was handled seamlessly and professionally. Wayne, the technician, was outstanding and explained what went wrong and what needed to be done in very easy-to-understand terms. What truly impressed me was their commitment to the warranty process. They proactively reached out to the manufacturer, tracked down a suitable distributor, and managed all the coordination themselves. Even when the warranty process proved more complex than anticipated, they absorbed the additional work without charging me a penny more. Their honesty and integrity are rare and commendable. Danny, the manager, was incredibly knowledgeable, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. They didn’t charge me a penny until all the work was completed and Danny checked back to ensure everything as working well! It’s incredible that they did this despite I being their first time customer. No, prior relationship. Amazing! Matthew called before he arrived. He was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He took the time to explain the whole process (multiple times to me lol) and went over the time line if I decided to go with their company. We have been using Ben Franklin for almost 6 years now for all of our plumping and pipe projects. Time and time again, they are fantastic. We will always be repeat customers. Today we had a crack in the pipe leading out to the sewer. Pablo and Jose were both so incredibly professional, kept us updated, and did a fantastic job replacing the pipe. WH Maintenance call. Provided advice/risks regarding the process based on the age of the WH (13 years old and never been flushed). Discussed replacement options and cost (I knew that I was “on borrowed time” with regard to life of WH). Came to an acceptable price quote based on heater/service/warranty. Heater will be installed tomorrow. Once again excellent service.
Edgar came out to the house very quick on a Sunday morning. He quickly saw the issue with our tankless heater. Though a replacement was not what we were hoping to hear, the options presented were good and with a very quick turn around for installing the replacement. I also liked hearing that the company has a policy to involve a 3rd person when presenting replacement quotes to anyone over 65.
