From the moment I called to the final checkout, everything was seamless. The technician Jesús arrived quickly, was extremely polite, and explained the work clearly. I was impressed by how efficiently they diagnosed a major pipe leak and repaired it while keeping the area clean. The price was transparent and fair. We had our home repiped with Benjamin Franklin plumbing sjc, I want to give a 5 star review to Saul, he was very friendly, knowledgeable, polite and really was a wonderful communicator. He does quality work. You can definitely tell he takes pride in what he does. Would definitely use Saul in the future. Anthony was there one of the days and he was great as well. Very respectful. We still have our main sewerline to be replaced this week. We also had our water heater replaced by another tech, he was also polite, I can't remember his name.
Benjamin Franklin Plumbing provided an exceptional experience when my heat pump water heater malfunctioned. From the initial estimate to the final installation, every aspect of the process was handled seamlessly and professionally. Wayne, the technician, was outstanding and explained what went wrong and what needed to be done in very easy-to-understand terms. What truly impressed me was their commitment to the warranty process. They proactively reached out to the manufacturer, tracked down a suitable distributor, and managed all the coordination themselves. Even when the warranty process proved more complex than anticipated, they absorbed the additional work without charging me a penny more. Their honesty and integrity are rare and commendable. Danny, the manager, was incredibly knowledgeable, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. They didn’t charge me a penny until all the work was completed and Danny checked back to ensure everything as working well! It’s incredible that they did this despite I being their first time customer. No, prior relationship. Amazing! Matthew called before he arrived. He was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He took the time to explain the whole process (multiple times to me lol) and went over the time line if I decided to go with their company. The quote was very reasonable with the other companies (and my budget). The whole experience was so easy and never felt pressured. I am so happy to have made contact with Matthew and this company.
