First time I met Wayne was 2years ago my home had sewage issues. Wayne came by to deal with the issue He then became my best ftiend, and my go-to-plummer. I appreciate the patience he takes to explain things to me. I would highy recommend Wayne. Even my neighbors use him.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Benjamin Franklin’s Pluming, and in particular with Matthew Stymest. I started hiring them a few years back when they provided the best repiping offer, and since then they have changed my garbage disposal, replaced toilets, fixed leaks, etc. Last week I was especially impressed by Matthew’s response. My old water heater was leaking so I texted him in the morning, and by the time we came home from work the new heater was installed and working perfectly. We were both impressed and grateful. Great quality, excellent customer service !

The copper tubing / line to our refrigerator ice maker and cold water dispenser burst, so having used Ben Franklin Plumbing before they were the first one we called. Jose arrived on time Monday morning, did an excellent job and our line was not only replaced, but the connection from under the house and new shut off valve were greatly improved over the original installation by the company that sold us the refrigerator. We are in our late seventies and appreciate Jose’s kindness, patience, and overall work ethic. A job well done!

I needed to setup a couple of washer dryer units in the basement of my 4 unit property. They are prompt and the quality of work is very good. They were referred to me by my Realtor and I needed this done quickly so I did not quotes from any other company. So I can’t quite whether the pricing was right. I am otherwise happy with their work. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and understand the century old homes in San Francisco.
