We are selling a property and had a couple of minor plumbing issues come up on the home inspection. We called Benjamin Franklin plumbing and they put us on their schedule and were out on site by the next morning. Jacob was able to identify and repair a couple of leaky sinks and a Delta faucet that was leaking. He was super respectful of the property, wearing protective shoe coverings and communicated well on his repair solutions at the end of the job. Would recommend.
Aaron was great to work with! He was honest, trustworthy, and took the time to explain everything in detail so I understood exactly what was going on. He also walked me through some things that may need attention in the near future and gave me an idea of the potential costs, which I really appreciated because it helps me plan ahead. I had a great experience with this service - my tech/installer, Aaron Preston, was punctual, polite and courteous, and went about his tasks like a professional, for one, by being transparent with me with his recommendations and suggestions on how to address my problem. When the first and second options didn’t work for me and my family’s budget, Aaron was quick to point out more manageable alternatives, which I gladly accepted, and therefore got the repair done quite quickly. In the 2.5 days of my water heater going out, I only had to take 3 “cold showers,” and I am grateful for Ben Franklin Plumbing and Mr. Preston for taking care of us. The install was clean and the work area reflected his expertise throughout the repair process. Salute!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dillon from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of NWA provided excellent service! He came out to repair a leaking pipe under our sink and quickly identified the problem. He clearly explained the issue and gave us estimates for two different repair options, allowing us to choose what worked best for us. Once we decided, Dillon installed a new tee and shutoff valve on our patio sink, and the repair was completed in about 10 minutes. He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly throughout the entire visit. I really appreciated his honesty and the efficiency.
