We are selling a property and had a couple of minor plumbing issues come up on the home inspection. We called Benjamin Franklin plumbing and they put us on their schedule and were out on site by the next morning. Jacob was able to identify and repair a couple of leaky sinks and a Delta faucet that was leaking. He was super respectful of the property, wearing protective shoe coverings and communicated well on his repair solutions at the end of the job. Would recommend.

I had a great experience with this service - my tech/installer, Aaron Preston, was punctual, polite and courteous, and went about his tasks like a professional, for one, by being transparent with me with his recommendations and suggestions on how to address my problem. When the first and second options didn’t work for me and my family’s budget, Aaron was quick to point out more manageable alternatives, which I gladly accepted, and therefore got the repair done quite quickly. In the 2.5 days of my water heater going out, I only had to take 3 “cold showers,” and I am grateful for Ben Franklin Plumbing and Mr. Preston for taking care of us. The install was clean and the work area reflected his expertise throughout the repair process. Salute!
