Frank and Josh are fantastic. About a week ago, my water heater started slowly leaking from the bottom. I called another plumbing company, which shall remain nameless, to have it checked out, and they said it needed to be replaced because the bottom had rusted out. That was no surprise to me since it was about 8 years old and I had never maintained it; my mistake. I got quotes from the other plumbing company, and they said a water heater would cost $5,000+ and a tankless option would be $11,000+. Wow, that’s egregious! I paid the other plumber the $70 diagnostic fee and sent them on their way. Then I sent a message to Josh at Benjamin Franklin. He quoted less than half that amount, and they could install it the next morning. Done deal. The next morning, they let me know they would be a little late. I actually appreciated that because I care more about communication than punctuality. My utility room is cramped, so they had to temporarily remove a water softener and some gas pipes to remove the old water heater and install the new one. They completed the installation of the new water heater, added a new expansion tank, and rerouted some pipes within two hours. Now I’m back to warm showers, clean dishes, and a working clothes washer. Thanks, guys. I really appreciate it. I will definitely call again and refer my friends. They are friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. If you want, I can also make it sound a little more polished or more natural for a Google review.
Very, very excellent service and work. They replaced my bathroom sinks and fixed a leak in my shower. They were very courteous and friendly. They come on time and get the job done in a timely manner. Very mindful of keeping everything clean. They are very experienced and knowledgeable about their work. There pricing is fair and honest. They are willing to work with you. Love my new sinks and that my shower is working again. The water even tastes better and they work great. Thank you for all your help and I am so glad you are close by. Love having your company in my city. Awesome workers.
If you’re looking for a plumber this is it! I had low water pressure and had called another company. They came and couldn’t fix my problem telling me I needed to spend 24k on new pipes. Luckily a friend told me about Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Josh and Kevin came out and fixed my problem easily! They were prompt, professional, and charged me next to nothing for their services! I highly recommend! I will never go anywhere else!
These guys were amazing. Theyve helped me with clogged drains, sprinkler repair, and major plumbing issues. They are quick, super kind, and do great work. It's hard to find very honest service businesses that charge a fair price. If you need a good plumber, I wouldnt go anywhere else.
