Matt was wonderful to work with and helped us get a water filtration system set up to take care of all the chlorine and hardness in our water. He sent a great installer out here who did a great job, got us up and running same day and left the place clean. They also swapped out my whole house shutoff valve and installed a proper ground box. Now my water doesnt reek of chlorine when I take a shower!
Called multiple times to have our water temp and pressure fixed on our house and the past 2 times were unsuccessful but Mr.D came out 1 time and knew exactly what to do even before seeing it in person. He was prompt and very nice. Great customer service and of course fixed all these issues we had in like 20 min. Im beyond pleased and hope to see him on any other issues we may have.
Needed a new Rheem hybrid hot water heater installed in my garage; including rerouting hot and cold lines from the laundry room. Rhodes from Bejamin Franklin knocked it out of the park. Hired Mr D to fix lift station. He determined the lift station was working fine and didn’t need any repairs. He didn’t charge me for digging to see it. My only cost was what I chose to tip him for his trouble. He could have told me the lift station needed work when it didn’t and I would have paid for nothing. On honest man. ♥️
