We would like to thank our service guy, Ben from Pensacola FL for providing top notch service. He arrived timely, was professional and fixed the leak from a cracked water pipe in our front yard. It was not an easy task since the yard was saturated and made it difficult to dig, but he handled everything with ease and had the pipe fixed within a reasonable time. Cody did my annual plumbing inspection. He was on time and courteous. He did a great job checking that everything worked properly. i like that draining the hot water tank is part of the service. I did buy some BioBen drain enzyme as have used it in the past to keep drains clear. Cody has done inspections and work on my house in the past. I ask for him as preferred technician. I trust his judgment and quality of work.
