Matt was wonderful to work with and helped us get a water filtration system set up to take care of all the chlorine and hardness in our water. He sent a great installer out here who did a great job, got us up and running same day and left the place clean. They also swapped out my whole house shutoff valve and installed a proper ground box. Now my water doesnt reek of chlorine when I take a shower!
Called multiple times to have our water temp and pressure fixed on our house and the past 2 times were unsuccessful but Mr.D came out 1 time and knew exactly what to do even before seeing it in person. He was prompt and very nice. Great customer service and of course fixed all these issues we had in like 20 min. Im beyond pleased and hope to see him on any other issues we may have.
We had some unexpected plumbing issues related to roots invading our pipes and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was able to send someone out same day to diagnose the issue. Dywondrell, the plumber, was able to diagnose and fix the problem in less than 24 hours. He was extremely nice and walked us through the whole process thoroughly while also giving us insight on our plumbing system and how to prevent issues in the future. Using this company was a great experience overall.
Needed a new Rheem hybrid hot water heater installed in my garage; including rerouting hot and cold lines from the laundry room. Rhodes from Bejamin Franklin knocked it out of the park.
