I had a concern about part of the work that was billed, so I reached out to discuss it with the company. Instead of ignoring me, they listened, treated me with respect, and worked with me to find a fair solution. They refunded $300, which I truly appreciated and honestly really needed. That willingness to stand behind their work and take care of a customer says a lot about their integrity. Everyone I spoke with was professional, courteous, and willing to make things right. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that values customer satisfaction and is willing to work toward a resolution.

Mr.Harris was excellent. He explained everything and answered all my questions. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. The work was completed in a timely manner. I will say the bookkeeping sucks. They asked to write a check and after 2 weeks they were never cashed. Stopped payment on them and the person who I talked to about this said”he makes deposits when he’s in town”. I’m sorry,what? Mr.Harris was great. Technicians excellent. I will use them again but using a different payment plan.
