Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did an amazing job for us! Chris Seppe, the Technician, was kind, knowledgeable and professional. He found the cause of the leak and took care to explain everything to my husband in detail. He saved us money by finding the cause of the problem quickly so it could be taken care of expeditiously. We can't say enough good things about this company , and of course, Chris Seppe, who helped us take care of something that could have easily been a tremendous expense for us. In these difficult times it's wonderful to find people who care so much about the community they serve. Thank you again for all your help. 💯% Satisfied!!
