Water heater of 23 years finally died! We decided to pull the plug and have a tankless-on demand unit installed. This is where Jamie comes in and he did a fantastic/professional job. Very thorough and explained it all! Very happy customer 😃
Very quick service. He was here about two hours after I called, and hours before the appointment window. (They asked if earlier would work when I originally called.) He explained all my options, and complete the repair very efficiently. We have bern using Northern Heating and Air since we bought our house over 2 years ago, and I’m glad they have expanded to offer plumbing services too. I know I can trust them, and they are very responsive when I call with a problem. I would (and have) recommend them!
Benjamin has always been good to work with. Show up on time and communicate well. Trevor and Joe were great. Brian and the team that showed up today were super friendly and kind. Did great work, and did a wonderful job of cleaning up after. Really great people and service all around.
An excellent experience. Jamie, our tech, was knowledgeable, polite, and did great work. Even our cat trusted him. Also appreciate all the additional testing (pressure, water quality, chlorine) and did not hard sell on upgrades. Gave us multiple estimates and even did the install same day. Prices comparable to other vendors.
