Absolute phenomenal work done by Jade and his team. He went above and beyond on my project (gas line replacements and water heater install) He walked me through the entire process and what was going to be done, he reassured all my concerns and answered every question. Not only this time , but every time I have had the very best service. You are there when I need you and all the techs are highly qualified and very polite. I’ve had service for my AC, furnace, water heater and now my sewer line. THE BEST!! Phone people are super polite and helpful also. I could go on and on. I highly recommend !!!! Also today I had the pipework replaced for my main water. As always, a great job!!

Joe, and the rest of the Ben Franklin team, went above and beyond for my project. My 100 year-old house had a very unusual sewer set up, and when the main drain pipe collapsed, Joe helped my neighbor and me navigate a super complicated situation. He was available throughout the process, answered all our questions, and went out of his way to make sure we got the best price and the best solution. He treated us like people, not customers, and had our best interests at heart. When it came time to do the work, the team had to react to several unexpected issues that cropped up along the way. They stayed late, explained the situation to me, and made sure the job was done before they went home. I will recommend Joe and Benjamin Franklin plumbing to all my friends going forward. Matt was very professional, knowledgable, polite and helpful. We enjoyed having him install our water heater.
