I had the Best Plumbing experience. The technician was named " Jade ". Nice, polite. I told him what was going on, he looked at the faucet told me what needed to be done. I agreed. He did a nice job, I recommend, he's the best. And what really made it so over the top, he cleaned up the bath tub. He's a Keeper. Thank You for Good Service Ms. Brown
Water heater of 23 years finally died! We decided to pull the plug and have a tankless-on demand unit installed. This is where Jamie comes in and he did a fantastic/professional job. Very thorough and explained it all! Very happy customer 😃

Jade came out on July 3rd because our water heater was leaking. Very professional and informative. We decided we wanted to replace the water heater and get a water softener installed. Sent a text to him Thursday night saying we changed our mind about the water softener. Jade arrived on Saturday and we told him we changed our mind again. No frustration from Jade. Just okay I got you. Even though he had to run back to the shop to get a softener. He was great during the whole installation and kept us up to date on the progress. Highly recommend Northern Ben Franklin, especially Jade.
An excellent experience. Jamie, our tech, was knowledgeable, polite, and did great work. Even our cat trusted him. Also appreciate all the additional testing (pressure, water quality, chlorine) and did not hard sell on upgrades. Gave us multiple estimates and even did the install same day. Prices comparable to other vendors.
