Brent and Daunte installed a new water heater in my home on 11/11. The entire process was great, and they did a great job. The workmanship was top notch. I’m very satisfied with Ben Franklin plumbing. I will use again.
I had the Best Plumbing experience. The technician was named " Jade ". Nice, polite. I told him what was going on, he looked at the faucet told me what needed to be done. I agreed. He did a nice job, I recommend, he's the best. And what really made it so over the top, he cleaned up the bath tub. He's a Keeper. Thank You for Good Service Ms. Brown
Lucas is amazing! He is polite and provided me with a lot of education regarding my issues. He even was nice enough to put more salt in my Water softener so I didn’t have to do the heavy lifting! Five stars for Lucas! Happy to be a customer!
Fabrice was a thorough and competent plumber. He assessed my entire home, started and reset my water softener, answered all my questions, and gave me appropriate recommendations for upgrades and safety devices. I have hired him to install an under sink reverse osmosis water, purification system in my kitchen. I would recommend him for any future home projects. I have been using Ben Franklin for my plumbing services for over six years in this home and my previous home. I have found them to be very responsive and reasonably priced.
All around great experience. A team was at my home within 30 minutes of my phone call, I received the name and photo of the employees who'd be coming so I felt safe. Matt was thorough, direct and easy to understand and was great at communicating what was knowable, what was unknown, and what he'd recommend.
