The technicians get 5 stars - they arrived on time to address some broken pipes due to a furnace malfunction causing inside temperature to get below freezing. Ceiling had to be opened up and we had a broken shower valve and some shut off valves that failed due to water in the lines. I thought the pricing was a bit steep but at the end of the day, they took care of us. Good news was the water main was off while we were away - could have been a lot worse.

CJ and his partner were super knowledgeable, personable, and did a great job explaining the situation with our loose sitting toilet. We live in an old home (90 years old) and wouldn't have thought twice about the toilet rocking slightly and the problems it could cost. I really appreciated his insight!
